UX Research & Usability
Explore user needs, identify usability concerns, and use research-informed thinking to guide design decisions.
User-centered thinking

Open to collaboration
I design intuitive user experiences, thoughtful interfaces, and responsive websites. I combine user-centered thinking with visual design to turn ideas into clear, usable digital experiences.
What I Do
From understanding user needs to refining interface details, I approach design with a focus on clarity, usability, and consistency.
Explore user needs, identify usability concerns, and use research-informed thinking to guide design decisions.
User-centered thinking
Organize information and map user journeys so people can understand where to go and how to complete key tasks.
Flows & structure
Explore screen layouts and connect interactions with wireframes and clickable prototypes before refining the final interface.
From structure to interaction
Create clear visual hierarchies, thoughtful layouts, and consistent interface details across screens and devices.
Interface design
Use reusable components and consistent interface patterns to make designs more cohesive and easier to maintain.
Consistency & reuse
Design responsive website experiences that balance visual clarity, intuitive navigation, and the needs of their audiences.

Get in TouchAbout me
I’m Arbind Rai, a UI/UX and web designer who enjoys exploring how people interact with digital experiences and turning complex ideas into clear interfaces. My approach brings together user flows, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and reusable components. I’m interested in collaborating with thoughtful teams, learning through real design challenges, and contributing to meaningful digital products.

HOW I DESIGN
A considered design process helps turn an initial brief into a clear, coherent experience. I explore the problem, structure the journey, develop the interface, and refine the work through feedback.
Explore the problem
Clarify the brief, intended users, goals, and constraints. Identify assumptions and questions that need further exploration before settling on a solution.
Map the experience
Organize information and map key user flows. Use wireframes to explore screen structure, content hierarchy, and how users move between steps.
Shape the interface
Develop visual layouts, reusable components, and clickable prototypes. Consider hierarchy, consistency, and the interactions needed to make the experience understandable.
Learn through feedback
Review the design against the brief, consider usability concerns, and refine the interface through feedback and iteration. Prepare the work for presentation, collaboration, or implementation.
Design scope and timing Agreed to fit the project
Clear thinking, considered design decisions, and collaboration at every stage.
